Member-led professional learning - built by educators for educators

Professional Development

Professional Development & Recertification

EASL 3616 offers professional development that helps educators meet recertification requirements and build real classroom capacity. This work exists because educators organize and build it together.

Note: Courses are a member benefit. Some sessions may be open to non-members for a fee, but members don’t pay per course—access is included with membership. If you plan to take a course, joining is typically the best value.

Current Offerings

Member-only · Limited registration

EASL 3616 is currently offering one course at no cost to members: Foundations of Effective Teaching.

Structured Literacy

The Foundations of Effective Teaching course is a six-module professional learning series designed to strengthen instructional practice through topics such as student engagement, feedback, learning environment, and effective use of instructional time. Members may participate in any or all modules and earn in-service points at no cost.
